Smoker Boxes, Smoke Boxes
Smoker boxes are great for holding wood chips or chunks, instead of a foil pouch. You can even use one with a gas grill to get great smoke flavor, if you place it on the side which has low or no flame. Stainless steel smoker boxes are great, but a properly cured cast iron box will not be plagued by rust.
